Frequently asked questions about payments and payment methods:
The order page ( finalizing the order) is secured through https. The online payment is then securely handled by Payment Service Provider Mollie. Mollie makes online payment at DRIPPERDRIP® possible by offering online payment methods. They take care of processing your transaction and monitoring for fraud if necessary.
No, your credit card number is and remains invisible to us for security and privacy reasons. Besides, we have no need for that information.
We use Klarna as a later payment option. They use their own criteria, and perform a credit check amongst other things. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the results of these checks.
DRIPPERDRIP® charges a shipping rate of €4.95 for shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge €9.95 in all other European countries and €19.95 in all countries outside Europe.
DRIPPERDRIP® does not ship partial deliveries in order to minimize the environmental impact. To avoid misunderstandings, we communicate clearly whether the desired products are in stock. Do you still want to receive part of your order from us earlier? Please contact our customer service.
